MY ACCOUNT

Teachers, have you registered with us yet?

If so, log in and visit your ‘My Account’ area to find out the resources available to you.

Please Note: Where there are two registrations showing for a teacher, the resources are uploaded to the registration using the school email.

  • The ‘My Account’ feature is available only to teachers.
  • You will need your school email address to obtain resources in your ‘My Account’.
  • When you log in, the ‘My Account’ tab appears.

Check the 3 lists below to find out which resources are relevant to your account.

Make sure to let us know, so that we can match the resources to your teaching material.

1:

For teachers / schools not using our books or mocks, we have some ‘taster’ material e.g.,

  • an unprepared test
  • a sample composing exercise for LC 
  • a sample listening exercise for LC and
  • a sample JC exercise
2:

For  teachers using our books (depending on combinations), we have a selection of

  • LC composing and listening questions with suggested solutions
  • JC exercises with suggested solutions
  • some practice LC and JC classwork material, with suggested solutions 
  • some LC and JC unprepared tests
3:

For  teachers using our mock exams (MEB), depending on the level, we have some of

  • our past LC papers and individual mock questions (with audio and solutions)
  • our past JC papers and individual mock questions (with audio and solutions)
Note:
  • These resources are intended only for teachers and students in the registered school.
  • If you want to give any of the exercises to your students for homework, just ask for some student codes. We’ll be happy to supply them.
  • Unfortunately, the resources can be downloaded only with a school registration. They are not available in accounts that use personal emails. 

CODES

The codes for your resources are accessed via the Code link in your ‘My Account’ area. 

If you would like codes for your students to use at home, let us know.

When you download the app, you automatically get ‘taster’ material. (See No 1 above.)

App 

  • provides audio for textbook and workbook tracks
  • provides audio for all mock exam listening questions
  • gives access to JC and LC textbook e-books  (Irish and English versions)
  • contains solutions, in e-book format, for workbooks / exercise books
  • includes relevant resource material for exam and study use
  • offers aural training exercises for grade exams as well as SEC exams and
  • presents short podcasts /recorded conversations about music topics

Codes

  • A code is required to gain access to the audio app and, when relevant, e-books.
  • A teacher or school where the students are using our products, is given a code that can be used on their classroom computer. This computer link (or ‘weblink’) has more information on the screen than found on the mobile app (e.g., titles of pieces), so it is geared towards teachers.
  • A student’s code gives them access only to the app (on a phone or tablet) and not to the weblink.
  • Apart from audio and textbook e-books, teachers will find solutions to exercises and mock exam questions on their app.

E-BOOKS

We now have licences for our e-books.

Choose from 1-year, 2-year, 3-year and 6-month licences.

  • The JC Tones textbook is accompanied by an e-book version of the book.
  • The Irish Version of the JC Tones textbook is available only as an e-book.
  • The LC Notes textbook has an e-book version, on request.
  • The code for an e-book licence may be obtained only when the e-book /textbook is on the school booklist.
  • The e-book versions of workbooks /exercise books are not available for purchase. 
  • However, if your students are using any of our workbooks and you, the teacher, would like an e-book version (for projector display in your classroom), please let us know.
  • Exercise solutions and mock exam solutions are provided as e-books only

ORDERING

We cannot accept orders by phone or e-mail, unfortunately.

Bulk orders can be made on the School Order Form (for orders of 5 or more).

  • To access the School Order Form, simply log in.
  • Single orders cannot be accepted or processed on this order form. However, for top-up orders (on a previous order) contact us to get a ‘small order form’.
  • As a small company, H and H Music are not in a position to send out complimentary books to every Music teacher.
  • However, when a *teacher buys one of our new JC books and then places the book on the school booklist, their original purchase is refunded. (*Please contact us for details.)
  • Students using rental books may acquire audio access through the app for a small streaming fee.

MEB 

We create and supply mock JC and LC exams for the Midland Examining Board (MEB).

Teachers may view and customise our papers through their login.
